Where your order ships from
Orders are dispatched from our production house in Islamabad, Pakistan. A small number of United Kingdom orders may ship from within the UK.
Making your order
Every piece is made to order — nothing is held in stock. Production begins once your order is confirmed and your size details are agreed. The production time that applies to your item is shown on its product page and is confirmed to you at the time of ordering.
Total delivery time
Total delivery time = production time + handling + transit, plus any public holidays in either country. The delivery speeds below run from the day your order is dispatched, not the day it is placed.

Charges are calculated by the weight of your parcel. The exact cost for your order, and the options available to your address, are shown at checkout before you pay.
Free shipping
Free shipping applies to everything we sell. There are no exclusions by category — the same terms apply to daily wear, formal wear and bridal. Orders of PKR 130,000 and over ship free to every destination we serve. In the United Kingdom and Europe, the 3 to 4 week service is free on every order with no minimum spend, and delivery within Pakistan is always free.
Customs, duties and import taxes
Our prices do not include import duties or taxes. Where the destination country charges duty, VAT, GST or a clearance fee, that amount is payable by you to the carrier or to the customs authority on arrival. These charges are set by your government, not by us, and we are not able to predict or refund them. Refusing a parcel in order to avoid duty does not entitle you to a refund of the shipping cost.
Carriers and tracking
We ship using internationally reputed courier services — internationally, within the United Kingdom and Europe, and within Pakistan. You receive a tracking number by email once your parcel is dispatched — please check your spam folder if you do not see it.
Delivery address
Please check your delivery address carefully before ordering. Once an order is placed the address cannot be changed. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, or because nobody was available to accept it, the cost of reshipping is payable by you.
Delays
We give delivery estimates in good faith, but transit times depend on the carrier and on customs clearance. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier backlogs, weather, strikes or other events outside our control. During sale periods and new collection launches dispatch may take longer than usual, and we will tell you if it does.
