Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to every order placed through rjspret.com and rjspret.pk. Please read them before you order.
1. Who we are
rjspret.com and rjspret.pk are operated by Rj’s Pret Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 14164781, whose registered office is Suite 18, Parker House, Mansfield Road, Derby DE21 4SZ, United Kingdom.
Our design and production facility is at Al‑Maskan Heights, Suite 1 & 2, Ground Floor, Plot No. 1, NPF, Sector O‑9, Islamabad, Pakistan.
You can reach us at care@rjspret.com, or on WhatsApp at +44 7448 094225, +44 7845 196123 or +92 300 8594234.
2. Tax
Rj’s Pret Limited is not registered for UK VAT. No VAT is charged on your order.
The price shown at checkout is the total payable for your order. No further tax is added at checkout.
3. Orders, prices and currency
Our website detects your location and displays prices in your local currency. The price shown at checkout, in the currency you pay in, is the contract price. Any figure shown elsewhere on the site, or produced by a currency converter, is an indicative conversion only and is not binding on either of us.
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you written confirmation that your order has been accepted — not when payment is taken, and not when an automated acknowledgement is issued.
If a piece proves unavailable, or has been listed at a clearly incorrect price through human error, a synchronisation fault between our stores, or a currency conversion error, we may decline the order. Where we do, we will tell you promptly and refund any payment in full.
4. Everything is made to order
Nothing at RJ’s Pret is ready‑made. We hold no finished garments in stock. Our cloth is hand‑worked and held unstitched, and it is cut, worked and stitched only once your order is received. Every piece that leaves our atelier was begun because you ordered it.
Daily wear pieces are usually ready in 3 to 7 working days. Formal and bridal pieces usually take 4 to 8 weeks. The production time shown on an individual product page applies to that piece.
The sizes shown on our website, XS to XL, are set out purely for your ease of choosing. They are not stock sizes and nothing is pre‑cut to them. You may pick one of them, or choose Custom and give us your own measurements, and your piece will be cut to whichever you specify.
Once cutting has begun, a piece cannot be cancelled or exchanged unless it is faulty.
Every piece is made with the greatest love and care. If you do find a fault or an issue, we will deal with it as a priority and have it rectified or exchanged immediately, with a solution tailored to you.
5. Changing or cancelling an order
Because every piece is cut and stitched for you after you order, an order cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged once cutting has begun, unless the piece is faulty or not as described.
If you need to change or cancel, write to care@rjspret.com or message us on WhatsApp with your order number as soon as possible after ordering. Where cutting has not yet begun we will do everything we can to accommodate you — a change of size, colourway or piece.
Anything wrong with a piece you have received is dealt with under clause 7. See also our Refund & Returns page.
6. Delivery
Free delivery is currently offered to the United Kingdom, Europe and Pakistan. Our worldwide rates are highly competitive. Full options and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy.
Estimated delivery times describe transit only. They run from the date your piece leaves our atelier and do not include the making time. The total time from placing your order to receiving it is the making time plus the transit time.
Where a delivery date is given, it is an estimate. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, carriers or events outside our control, but we will keep you informed.
If you need your piece by a particular date, please speak to our team before you order. We will work with you to meet your date wherever we can, but it must be agreed before the order is placed.
7. If something is wrong with your piece
Every piece is made with the greatest love and care, and checked before it leaves us. If you do find a fault or an issue, send photographs on WhatsApp to +44 7448 094225, +44 7845 196123 or +92 300 8594234, quoting your order number.
We will deal with it as a priority and have it rectified or exchanged immediately, with a solution tailored to you. Return postage on a faulty piece is at our cost.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
8. Handwork, colour and photography
Every piece is embroidered and finished by hand. Variation between pieces is inherent to that work and is not a defect: embroidery placement, the density of beadwork, sequins and dabka, thread shade, and the exact fall and drape of the cloth will each differ slightly from the piece photographed.
Our photographs are taken under studio lighting, which changes how metallic thread, sequins, organza and silk read on camera — the same cloth can appear warmer or cooler than it is in daylight. Screens also differ in calibration and brightness, so colours on your device may not match the fabric exactly.
Natural slubs, minor irregularities in hand‑woven and hand‑worked cloth, and small variations in dye lot are characteristics of the materials we use, not faults.
9. Sizing
The sizes on our website, XS to XL, are listed for your ease of choosing. They are a guide, not stock: as nothing is pre‑cut, your piece is made to the size you select.
Our size guide sets out the measurements for each of these sizes, for shirts and for trousers. We recommend measuring rather than relying on the size you usually take elsewhere, as cut and fit vary between brands and between designs.
You may also choose Custom in the size selector on any product page and send us your own measurements. Because a piece cut to your own measurements is made for you alone, it cannot be exchanged for reasons of fit — so please check your measurements carefully before confirming them.
If you are unsure between two sizes, message us before ordering and we will compare the piece’s measurements against yours.
10. International orders and duties
Our website uses geolocation to show prices and take payment in your local currency, so the amount shown at checkout is the amount you pay in that currency.
Import duties, customs charges and local sales taxes are not included in that price. Where an order is delivered outside the country it ships from, you are the importer of record and any such charges are payable by you, usually collected by the carrier before delivery.
We cannot calculate these in advance, and we cannot reimburse an order that is refused or returned because a duty charge was declined.
11. Discounts and promotions
Discount codes and promotional offers apply to full‑price items only. They cannot be combined with any other offer, and cannot be used on items already reduced.
A code must be entered at checkout. We cannot apply one to an order after it has been placed.
We may amend or withdraw any offer at any time. Codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for one.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
