Refund & Returns

Nothing at RJ’s Pret is ready‑made. We hold no finished garments in stock. Our cloth is hand‑worked and held unstitched, and it is cut, worked and stitched only once your order is received. Every piece that leaves our atelier was begun because you ordered it.

The sizes shown on our website, XS to XL, are listed purely for your ease of choosing. They are not stock sizes and nothing is pre‑cut to them. You may pick one of them, or choose Custom and send us your own measurements.

Changing or cancelling an order

Because every piece is cut and stitched for you after you order, an order cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged once cutting has begun, unless the piece is faulty or not as described.

If you need to change or cancel, contact us as soon as possible after ordering with your order number. Where cutting has not yet begun we will do everything we can to accommodate you — a change of size, colourway or piece. Please do reach us early; once the cloth is cut we cannot undo it.

If something is wrong with your piece

Every piece is made with the greatest love and care, and checked before it leaves us. If you do find a fault or an issue, send us photographs on WhatsApp at +44 7448 094225, +44 7845 196123 or +92 300 8594234, or email care@rjspret.com, quoting your order number.

We will deal with it as a priority and have it rectified or exchanged immediately, with a solution tailored to you. Return postage on a faulty piece is at our cost.

Sizing and fit

Our size guide sets out the measurements for each standard size. A piece cut to your own measurements is made for you alone and cannot be exchanged for reasons of fit, so please check carefully before confirming. If you are unsure between two sizes, message us before ordering and we will compare the piece’s measurements against yours.

Handwork and colour

Every piece is embroidered and finished by hand. Slight variation in embroidery placement, bead and sequin density, thread shade and the fall of the cloth is inherent to handwork and is not a defect. Our photographs are taken under studio lighting, and screens vary in calibration, so colours on your device may not match the fabric exactly.
